I had a mixed experience at Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru. The location is fantastic, just a short ride from the city and close to the Phoenix Mall. However, I faced some issues with my room, including incomplete amenities and a lack of cleanliness. The staff were eager to help, but their constant requests for Google reviews felt overwhelming. Overall, I would rate my stay as okay, with a lot of potential for improvement. 😕
